It's a sad anniversary today - for on August 9, 1969, Sharon's promising film career & impending motherhood would forever be overshadowed by the infamy of her brutal murder at the hands of the Manson "family". She was in my opinion one of the most physically beautiful women to step in front of a camera. Ever. Hold a thought for her today.
